How to Print the Same Label Again on the Brother P Touch Ptd210
I want my printer to use less tape for each characterization.
Due to the construction of the record machinery, there is no manner to print without excess record before the offset characterization.
Even so, when you impress more one characterization continuously, the subsequent labels can be printed without the backlog tape.
The following methods are useful for reducing record use:
one. When printing a unmarried characterization
two. When printing multiple labels
ane. When printing a single label
- Press the [Label] key ( / ) or the [Card] key ( / ).
- Press the [Cursor] central ( / ) until [Margin] is displayed.
- Press the [OK] cardinal ( ).
- Printing the [Cursor] key ( / ) until [Narrow] is displayed.
- Press the [OK] key ( ).
ii. When printing multiple labels
To reduce the margin size of the 2d and subsequent labels, print multiple labels consecutively using either the same or unlike layout for the labels.
Using the same layout for multiple labels
To feed the record correctly, the printer will automatically set a wider left margin for the first label only. The second and subsequent labels will take narrow margins.
- Printing the [Label] key ( / ) or the [Menu] primal ( / / / ).
- Press the [Cursor] key ( / ) until [Margin] is displayed.
- Printing the [OK] central ( ).
- Printing the [Cursor] key ( / ) until [Chain Impress] is displayed.
- Printing the [OK] key ( ).
- Enter the text.
- Press the [Print] key ( / / / ). [Copies:] is appears. Printing the [Cursor] key ( / ) to select your desired number of copies. (1 - 9)
- Printing the [Print] key ( / / / ).
- When the message [Feed OK?] appears afterward the final label is printed, be sure to printing the [OK] central ( ).
When [Chain Print] is set, feed the tape before using the cutter otherwise a role of the text may be cut off.
Be sure to feed the tape before cutting the tape. - Later on the tape is fed, press the cutter lever to cut off the concatenation of labels.
Using unlike layouts for multiple labels
To feed the tape correctly, the printer will automatically set a wider left margin for the outset label merely. The 2nd and subsequent labels will take narrow margins.
- Press the [Characterization] primal ( / ) or the [Menu] key ( / / / ).
- Press the [Cursor] key ( / ) until [Margin] is displayed.
- Press the [OK] key ( ).
- Press the [Cursor] cardinal ( / ) until [Chain Impress] is displayed.
- Printing the [OK] key ( ).
- Enter text.
- Press the [Impress] key ( / / / ). [Copies:] is appears. Press the [Cursor] key ( / ) to select your desired number of copies. (1 - ix)
- Press the [OK] central ( ). The bulletin [Feed OK?] appears.
- Press the [Escape] key ( ) to edit the next label.
- Clear the text, enter the text for the next label.
- Repeat step f to j until all labels take been created, and then press the [Impress] key ( / / / ).
- When the bulletin [Feed OK?] appears after the last characterization is printed, be sure to printing the [OK] fundamental ( ).
When [Chain Print] is gear up, feed the record before using the cutter otherwise a part of the text may be cut off.
Be sure to feed the tape before cutting the tape.

After the record is fed, printing the cutter lever to cut off the chain of labels.
